Our ground rules
- Fixed terms, no rollover. You buy a set number of months (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24) and the plan simply stops at the end unless you renew.
- Prices in plain sight. Every plan carries the full service, and the prices page shows what you’d pay for any length with any number of screens.
- A refund window with teeth. When SSTV IPTV refuses to work on your hardware and our help doesn’t change that, a request sent in the first 24 hours after activation is refunded, as the refund policy sets out.
- Minimal data. We hold only what running and supporting your subscription requires, as the privacy policy details.
- Real reviews only. Each review on the reviews page is matched to an order before it appears, critical ones included.
Two languages, one service
The whole site exists in English and in French, from plan pages to install guides and checkout. On a first visit the language follows your country, and the globe button in the menu switches at any time; your choice is remembered. Support answers in whichever of the two you write in.
