A Fire TV stick costs little and hides behind the television, so it’s one of the most common ways people watch SSTV IPTV. Amazon’s store doesn’t carry TiviMate, which means a one-time install through Downloader; on a compatible stick, budget ten minutes.
Two systems, two outcomes
Amazon now sells two kinds of stick that look almost identical. Models running Fire OS can install apps from outside Amazon’s store, including TiviMate. Models running Vega OS, Amazon’s newer system, only install apps from the Amazon Appstore, so TiviMate can’t be added.

Not sure which you have? Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. If the software line says “Fire OS” followed by a version number, you’re fine. If it shows only “OS” with a version starting with 1, it’s a Vega OS device.
What the install involves
- Allow apps from unknown sources for Downloader in the developer options.
- Get Downloader from Amazon’s store.
- In Downloader, open TiviMate’s official download address and install it.
- Sign in to Premium with the account in our email, then add your SSTV IPTV details.

Keeping the stick fast
Memory is tight on these sticks. A restart every few days helps, as does removing apps you never open and clearing TiviMate’s cache when menus drag. For important matches, an Ethernet adapter on the stick’s USB port beats Wi-Fi.
If your stick runs Vega OS
TiviMate won’t install, and there’s no dependable trick around that. Swap it for a Fire OS 4K Max or a Google TV Streamer, and TiviMate Premium works normally. If you have an LG television, the SS IPTV app is another option.

Can Amazon remove TiviMate from my stick?
Apps installed on Fire OS sticks keep working, but Amazon can change its rules. If that happens we’ll update our guides and help you move to another device.
Is the 4K Max worth it over the Lite?
For SSTV IPTV, yes: it handles long channel lists, 4K and multi-view far better.
Why does my stick say “unknown sources” is unavailable?
On Fire OS it lives in Developer options; if that menu is hidden, open About and click the device’s name repeatedly until it appears. On Vega OS sticks it doesn’t exist.
