SSTV IPTV refund policy

When SSTV IPTV refunds an order, what’s excluded, how to ask and how the money comes back to you in crypto.

This policy explains when SSTV IPTV LLC refunds your SSTV IPTV order, and how. It forms part of our terms.

The 24-hour guarantee

If SSTV IPTV doesn’t work properly on your device, tell us within 24 hours of activation. We’ll first try to get it running with you; if that fails, you receive the full price of the order back.

Other full refunds

  • An order you’ve paid for that we cancel.
  • A paid order we’re unable to activate.
  • If we become unable to provide the service, the unused part of your plan.

Exclusions

  • Requests made after the 24 hours have passed.
  • A change of heart once SSTV IPTV has been working on your device.
  • Trouble caused by your hardware, your internet connection or a third-party app, when we’ve suggested a workable solution such as a supported device or another player.
  • Subscriptions suspended or ended because the terms were broken, for example a shared login.
  • Renewal orders and remaining time, apart from the case above.

Asking for a refund

  1. Send a support ticket before the 24 hours are up, with your order number and a description of what goes wrong.
  2. Let us troubleshoot. A different app or a single setting fixes most cases.
  3. If nothing works, we approve the refund and ask which wallet address should receive it.

Paying the refund

  • We send it in the coin and on the network of your original payment, to the address you provide.
  • The amount is the order’s value in US dollars, converted at the market rate on the day we send it; for USDT, the same dollar figure.
  • We cover the network fee on the refund. Fees you paid to send the original payment are not refundable.
  • Refunds usually go out within 5 business days of approval.

A refund ends the subscription: its SSTV IPTV line and the TiviMate Premium access that came with it are deactivated.

Mistakes when paying

If you sent too little or too much, paid after the deadline or used a network we don’t support, get in touch with the transaction ID. We’ll help where we reasonably can, though coins sent to a wrong address or network may be impossible to recover.
