So what is SSTV IPTV, in one sentence?
A pay-TV subscription that arrives through your broadband instead of a dish: live channels, matches, films and series, played in an app on your own TV, stick, phone or computer.
Are SSTV IPTV and the SS IPTV app one and the same?
They aren’t. SS IPTV, short for Simple Smart IPTV, is a free player published by a separate developer that has nothing to do with our shop. Because it runs on LG sets and some Samsung models, we wrote a setup guide for it; this article untangles the two names.
Does a 24-month plan get extra channels?
Nothing extra. Whatever the length, you get the same line-up, catalogue, guide, replays and TiviMate Premium; the only thing that moves is the monthly cost. Unsure which length to pick? Read how to choose.
Is there a trial period?
Not a free one. Most people test with the 1-month plan. Should SSTV IPTV refuse to run on your device despite our help, you have 24 hours from activation to claim a refund under our refund rules.
Which screens are supported?
Fire OS sticks and the Fire TV Cube, Google TV and Android TV hardware, LG and Samsung televisions, Android and Apple phones and tablets, Apple TV, MAG set-top boxes, Enigma2 satellite receivers and Windows or Mac computers. See devices for each one.
My Fire TV Stick is brand new. Will it work?
Check its system first. Some of Amazon’s newest sticks, the 4K Select among them, use Vega OS, where sideloaded players such as TiviMate aren’t allowed. Fire OS models, the 4K Max for example, are fine. Our Fire TV page shows where to look in the settings.
What connection speed is needed?
Count on 20 Mbps or so for each Full HD stream and from 35 Mbps for 4K, as measured on the device rather than the router. Wired connections, or Wi-Fi on the 5 GHz band, give the steadiest results.
Paying and activation
How can I pay?
In crypto, and only in crypto: BTC, ETH, BNB, or USDT on TRON, BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum. Card and bank payments aren’t offered. The payments page covers each option.
When does my line start working?
Two steps. The network confirms your transfer (seconds for BEP20, roughly a minute for TRC20, a few minutes on Ethereum, about ten on Bitcoin); then our team switches the line on and sends your details by email, normally soon after.
I’ve paid and the order hasn’t moved. Why?
Usually one of two reasons: the transaction ID wasn’t pasted onto the payment page, so the page has nothing to follow, or the blockchain hasn’t finished confirming. If it’s been far longer than the times listed, send us a ticket with both the order number and the ID.
My amount was off. What now?
Underpayments, and overpayments above 5%, aren’t confirmed automatically; a person reviews them and gets back to you. Don’t top up on your own before we’ve replied.
I changed my mind before paying. Do I need to cancel?
No need. Unpaid orders close themselves after 72 hours, and you owe nothing.
Will I be charged again when the plan ends?
No: crypto can’t be pulled from a wallet, so renewing is always your call. Three days before the end, a reminder email brings you a renewal link.
Apps and watching
Which player goes on which screen?
TiviMate for Google TV, Android TV and Fire OS hardware; SS IPTV for LG televisions and older Samsungs; for the rest, the apps listed in the install guides. Each one uses your SSTV IPTV details.
How is TiviMate Premium switched on?
With a TiviMate account we create for you and send with your activation email. You sign in to it from the app’s settings, as the TiviMate walkthrough shows step by step.
Can two people watch on different TVs at the same time?
Only with the matching number of devices on your plan. The first is included, the maximum is 5, and every additional device costs 45% of the plan price. All totals are on the prices page.
Managing your plan
Where do I find my server, username and password?
In the email sent at activation, and at any time under My subscription when you’re logged in; the M3U playlist link is there too.
How does renewing work?
Log in, go to Renew subscription, choose how long and pay with any coin. The extra months start when your current ones end, and your devices need no changes.
Do you issue invoices?
Every order has one, available from Orders to print or keep as a PDF.
