Tickets handle anything connected to an order you’ve placed with SSTV IPTV. Each gets its own number, which keeps the whole conversation in one thread and lets us look at your order as we answer. We answer in English or French, depending on the language you write in.
Include what we’ll ask for anyway
| If it’s about… | Please add |
|---|---|
| An order | Its number: see the confirmation email, or Orders |
| A crypto payment | Coin, blockchain and transaction ID |
| Installing | Which device and which player, e.g. “Samsung 2018 with SS IPTV” |
| An error message | The message word for word, or a screenshot |
| A channel | Its name, the time it failed and whether other channels play |
When a ticket is the right call
- A payment still unconfirmed long after the usual time for its network (listed on crypto payments).
- An amount that didn’t match, above or below what the payment page asked for.
- Login details refused by your player even after copying them afresh from My subscription.
- Refunds, requested no later than 24 hours after activation (see the refund policy).
- A dead channel that’s still black once you’ve restarted both the player and the device.
After you press send
An automatic email arrives with your ticket number. Someone on our team then opens the ticket alongside your order and answers at the address you gave. With the details above included, a single reply often settles it.
Our first reply sometimes lands in spam; saving help@sstviptv.store as a contact keeps the next ones in your inbox.
