SSTV IPTV LLC (“we”) runs SSTV IPTV and is responsible for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we learn about you when you browse sstviptv.store, order, watch or write to us, and what we do with it. In short: only what’s needed, and never sold.
Data you give us
| Category | Examples | Used for |
|---|---|---|

| Messages | Contact and ticket forms, live chat, email | Answering you |

We never see card or bank data, and nobody from SSTV IPTV will ever ask for your wallet’s recovery phrase or private keys.
Data collected as you use the site and the service
- Server logs: IP address, browser, pages requested and times, used for security and troubleshooting and kept for a limited period.
- Country, for the language: on a first visit, your IP address is used to work out your country so the site can open in English or French. The lookup is made by our hosting or network provider or by a geolocation service; we keep only the resulting language, in a cookie on your device.
- Cookies: a handful, for your account, your cart and your language, listed in the cookie policy.
- Streaming logs: the IP address and times at which your line connects, used to deliver the service, enforce the device limit and detect misuse.
Legal grounds
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, each use rests on one of these grounds: performing our contract with you (account, order, activation, support); our legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention and improving the service; a legal obligation, such as keeping accounting records; or your consent, for anything optional, which you may withdraw at any time.
Crypto transactions are visible to everyone
Blockchains are public ledgers: amounts, times and addresses can be seen by anyone, though names can’t. Linking your transaction ID to your order is how we confirm payment. If you’d rather keep your holdings private, think about which wallet you pay from.
Who receives it
- Providers working on our instructions: hosting, email delivery, live chat.
- TiviMate’s developer, as far as needed for your Premium access; it applies its own privacy policy.
- Blockchain data services, which receive a transaction ID to look up, never your name or email.
- Public authorities, where the law obliges us, or to defend rights and safety.
We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long it’s kept
- Account and order records: while the account exists, then for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Support conversations: as long as they help us assist you.
- Server logs: a short period, for security.
Keeping it safe
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access and up-to-date software protect your data. Your part is a strong, unique password and keeping your line details to yourself.
Your choices and rights
Most account details can be changed under Account details. You may also ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion (unless the law makes us keep it), restriction, objection or a portable copy, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
People in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR, and residents of places such as California have similar rights under local law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). Write to us using the details below and we’ll reply within the legal deadline.
Minors
SSTV IPTV is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Processing in other countries
We and our providers may handle data outside your country. When that happens, we use appropriate safeguards.
