When you browse sstviptv.store (the “Website”) or buy your SSTV IPTV subscription, you make an agreement with SSTV IPTV LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) set that agreement out. Opening an account, ordering or watching counts as accepting them; if you disagree with any part, don’t order and don’t use the service.
1. The parties
The service is provided by SSTV IPTV LLC. “You” means the person who opens the account and pays. Our postal and email details appear at the end of these Terms; for most questions, help@sstviptv.store is fastest.
2. Who may order
- Customers must have reached 18, or the age of majority in their country if that’s higher.
- Give us a real name and an email address you check: activation details and receipts go there. Update them if they change.
- Your account password, the SSTV IPTV line details and any TiviMate account we issue are personal. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.
- If you think your details have leaked, tell us at once so we can change them.
3. What a subscription gives you
- Access, for the length you choose (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months), to the live channels, on-demand catalogue and features described on the Website.
- One device, meaning one simultaneous stream, unless you buy more; checkout shows the maximum and the surcharge for each additional device.
- A line-up that isn’t fixed. Broadcasters, rights and technology change, so individual channels, events or titles may come and go during your plan.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything described for the plan. We may revise them at any time for future orders; an order already paid keeps its price.
5. Paying in cryptocurrency
- Payment methods: Bitcoin; USDT on TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Ethereum (ERC20); Ether on Ethereum; BNB on BNB Smart Chain.
- The payment page created for your order states the coin amount, the network, the receiving address and a deadline. Pay that amount or more, over that network, to that address, before the deadline, and enter your transaction ID on the page.
- Any fee charged by the network, a wallet or an exchange is yours to bear. So is the accuracy of the transfer: coins sent to the wrong address, on another network or in another asset may be lost for good, and we can’t accept responsibility for that.
- A shortfall must be made up before activation. A substantial overpayment should be reported to us so we can settle it with you.
- An order nobody pays for is cancelled automatically 72 hours after it was placed.
6. Acceptance and activation
- The contract is formed when your payment reaches the required number of confirmations and we activate your line. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or an incomplete payment; if it was paid, the money is returned under the refund policy.
- Activation is done by our staff after confirmation. Your details are emailed to you and kept in your account, and the time activation takes can vary.
- Your plan’s clock starts at activation.
7. Renewal and the end of a plan
There’s no automatic renewal: a plan simply stops on its end date. To keep watching, place a renewal order whenever you like; the added time follows on from the current end date. We email a reminder shortly before a plan ends.
8. Third-party players
- Each plan includes access to TiviMate Premium, to be used with your SSTV IPTV line on devices running Android TV, Google TV or Fire OS.
- TiviMate belongs to an independent developer who sets its rules, decides its features and may change or withdraw them. We have no control over the app.
- The TiviMate account we supply is personal, subject to TiviMate’s own device limit, and tied to your subscription: when the plan ends, is refunded or is suspended, the Premium access may be removed.
- The same independence applies to every other player we mention, including Simple Smart IPTV (SS IPTV). Our setup guides are offered as help, not as a guarantee of how those apps behave.
9. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for watching privately, at home, for non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to:
- pass your details or TiviMate account to anyone outside your household, for free or for money, or post them online;
- stream on more devices at the same time than you’ve paid for;
- retransmit or redistribute content, or play it to the public, including in bars, hotels and other businesses, unless we’ve agreed in writing;
- copy, scrape or overload our systems, or try to get around their limits;
- break, through your use of the service, any law that applies to you.
Breaking these rules allows us to suspend or terminate the subscription; serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination without refund.
10. Equipment and service levels
You provide the device, the app and an internet connection good enough for streaming, and their quality shapes what you see as much as our servers do. We do our best to keep SSTV IPTV available, but maintenance, technical incidents and events beyond our control can interrupt it, and a given channel may be off air for a while. Such interruptions don’t by themselves entitle you to a refund, except as the refund policy states.
11. Refunds
When and how we refund is described in the refund policy, which is part of these Terms.
12. Ownership
The Website’s design and text, and the SSTV IPTV name and logo, are ours or our licensors’. Programmes and films remain the property of their owners. To report a suspected infringement, follow the DMCA policy.
13. Limits on our liability
- We don’t exclude or limit any liability that the law says cannot be excluded or limited.
- Within that boundary, the service is supplied without warranties beyond those stated here, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
- In any case, what we may owe you for a subscription is capped at the price you paid for it.
14. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the version published when it was placed. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the Website.
15. Language versions
These Terms are published in English and in French with the same content. You may rely on the version in your language.
16. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the country where our business is registered, conflict-of-law rules excepted. Consumers keep any extra protection given by the mandatory law of the country where they live.
