TiviMate is the player we recommend for streaming sticks and Google TV devices. Following this page takes around ten minutes the first time, and you’ll never need to repeat it unless you change device.
TiviMate comes from an independent developer and has no channels of its own: everything you watch in it comes through your SSTV IPTV line. The developer’s site, tivimate.com, explains the app itself.
Two sets of details
People often mix these up, so here they are side by side:

Getting the app
On Google TV and Android TV, TiviMate is in Google Play as TiviMate IPTV Player. Fire OS sticks need the Downloader route described in the Fire TV install guide.
Unlocking Premium
Open TiviMate. If it insists on a playlist first, add SSTV IPTV as described in the next section, then return. From the gear icon, choose Unlock Premium, then Account, and sign in with the TiviMate email and password. When asked, give the device a recognisable name such as “Living room”. Premium switches on at once.
Adding your line
From the start screen choose Add playlist and the Xtream Codes login option. Copy the server address, the username and the password from your account page into the three fields, press Next, call the playlist SSTV IPTV, and finish with Done. The first import of channels and listings takes up to a minute.
Five adjustments worth making
- Favourites: hold OK on a channel and add it to a list; a short list beats a long scroll.
- Groups: under Settings → Playlists, hide the groups you never open.
- Listings refresh: in the EPG settings, refresh every 12 hours so the guide never runs out.
- Frame rate: under playback, turn on auto frame rate for smoother sport.
- PIN: in Parental control, protect the groups children shouldn’t open.
Troubleshooting

Questions about this setup
Can I add the playlist as an M3U link instead?
Yes, with Enter URL, though the Xtream option usually gives a fuller guide, catalogue and replay support.
How many devices can use the Premium account?
As many as TiviMate allows for one account. Separately, each device streaming at the same moment needs a screen on your plan.
I already pay for Premium myself. Do I need your account?
No. Stay signed in to your own and only add the SSTV IPTV line.
